Bower Bird is a postcard exhibition celebrating the curated collections, accrued objects, and unique pairings by 90 contemporary artists. This show is about the art of curating, cataloguing, and display. Each artist takes on the role of an archeologist, historian, and a hoarder, as they reveal their prized and preserved artifacts. The artists memorialize their collection through a limited edition series of postcards; these include screen prints, letter press, digital illustrations, spot varnish details, typography, and more! Each of the contributing artists will receive a package of all of the collections.
