FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Light Grey Art Lab is collaborating with the Autoptic team to host a celebratory pre-party and exhibition leading up to AUTOPTIC 2018! Special guests from the festival, including Craig Thompson (creator of Blankets and Habibi), Gabrielle Bell (Everything is Flammable, The Voyeurs, Truth is Fragmentary), and Zak Sally (Sammy the Mouse, Like a Dog, founder of Uncivilized Books) will be displaying original and printed work. Join us as we get collectively fired up for the Autoptic Festival!

From the Autoptic team:

"This exhibition celebrates the art and artistry of comics, with work by Special Guests participating in the Autoptic Festival. The exhibition is organized by the Autoptic Foundation, an all-volunteer run organization based in Minneapolis with a commitment to the promotion, exhibition, and advocacy for independent creator-owned artwork and creative expression of all kinds. The Autoptic Foundation realizes their mission through free exhibitions, readings, and other events that allow independent creators to connect directly with other like-minded artists and their audiences."
